Standard tasting fees included
Published wine tours include standard winery tasting fees, making the real tour cost easier to compare before checkout.
Four or five selected winery visits
Signature and Premium tours include 4 selected winery visits; Extended tours include 5. The final route is planned after booking around appointment availability, guest count, pickup location, and driving flow.
Pickup details are part of the booking
Eligible hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, private residences, and central meeting points can be handled without asking guests to coordinate separate rides.

Payment is completed through Square in Canadian dollars, and raw card numbers or CVV details are not stored by this website.
Clear cancellation terms
Customer-requested cancellations 7 or more days before the tour are refundable less Square's actual original payment-processing fee; within 7 days, bookings are final and non-refundable except where law provides otherwise. No processing fee is deducted if Kelowna Wine Tours cancels the tour or law requires a refund without deduction.
Choose your region and dinner destination
Lake Country pairs three regional tastings with dinner at Journey Restaurant at Azhadi Vineyards. South & East Kelowna finishes at Home Block at CedarCreek Estate Winery. West Kelowna finishes with a privately arranged dinner at Angel Share at Crown & Thieves.
Menus, tasting appointments, dinner seating and pickup timing are finalized after booking and depend on venue availability.
Dinner, pairings, gratuities and the ride home
Your $345 per-person package includes three standard tastings, a multi-course dinner, the included wine pairings, restaurant and driver gratuities, and private pickup and return transportation. GST is added at checkout.
Extra bottles, drinks beyond the included pairings and off-menu orders are paid separately. Your dedicated driver stays available through dinner and brings the group home.
Your group reserves the whole day
Only one corporate group can reserve a date. A corporate booking blocks all other tours that day, and existing tour reservations make that date unavailable for a corporate event.
Groups of up to ten can book online from November 1 through January 1. For eleven or more guests, or a corporate outing outside the holiday season, contact us for special arrangements.

Are Christmas and New Year’s corporate tours private?
Yes. Your corporate booking reserves the van and driver for your group for the whole tour date, including dinner and the return journey.
Are dinner and gratuities included?
The multi-course dinner, included wine pairings, and restaurant and driver gratuities are included in the $345 per-person price. GST, extra bottles and off-menu orders are separate.
Can we request a preferred pickup time?
Yes. Add timing requests in the special requests box or contact us before booking. Final pickup timing depends on vehicle availability, pickup location, winery appointments, and route flow.
Are invoices or records available?
