Why it stands out
Liber Farm And Winery is a family-operated organic winery just north of Osoyoos. The property was purchased as an organic farm in 2016, with established Merlot and Chardonnay vines already in place, and the winery was built around sustainable winegrowing and fruit-led winemaking.
What to expect on a visit
The estate is a gently sloped, west-facing riverfront vineyard where long afternoon sun and cooling river influence help shape the fruit. Liber produces wines from organic estate grapes and partner vineyards, with stainless steel and French oak used to keep the fruit expression clear.
